Happy New Year!!

the last day of 2010. Year 2010 has definitely been awesome :) there were moments ♥

kicked off the year with the celebration of my 22th birthday with my boy :) one problem about long distance relationship is that we always miss out some meaningful and memorable moments whether of him or mine. thanks for being with me this time and the things you'd given up to do so :)

This year i officially done with all the extra-curriculum activities. I have got enough ECA points for my final year accommodation application, so the life of burning the candle at the both ends is not anymore. Finally can get a life!! 

2010 is a year that is very compact. Since the beginning of the 2nd sem of the 3rd year uni life, i got to handle a harder study, apply for summer internship thingy and deal with the dramas that came along with.. 2 days after my final exam immediately reported to ANZ( Australia and New Zealand Bank Corporation Group) where I had full nine weeks of internship, boarded on the flight to Europe on the last day of my internship, spent the remaining summer holidays with my loved ones and returned to the school one day before the term started ahahaha.

What makes 2010 so great one of the important events must be the intern experience at ANZ. Even until today i am still questioning myself that how the heck did i manage to get into a big multinational foreign bank like this?? It was like Alice in wonderland, i was in the real world of banking, explored those investment expertises, had a clearer mind on what i am actually interested in, knew more about myself and my potential, not to mention that i met a bunch of awesome people especially the pretty young ladies in the fx dealing room.. they were like my big sisters alway look out for me, we shared stuffs tgt, a simple tiny thing like annoying orange or wassssssabi could make us laugh, we gossiped like there's no one's business, we invented  emergency codes to back up our bad acts... although we don't get to see each other often but i know the moments with them will always be in my heart :)

Another memorable event, my 40 days Europe trip :) with the loved one we been to the happiest place on earth, witnessed the first victory of Spain in FIFA world cup with hundred thousands of complete strangers. we sang, we cheered, we celebrated :) we also been to the most romantic city Paris, filled with admiration by the magnificent and fascinating  historical world famous buildings and monuments. We explored the historic Praha, strolled across the ancient Charles Bridge, walked through the cobbled narrow streets in the Old Town, enjoyed the stunning architecture and scenery. We also been to the legendary Santorini, seen the one of a kind of her natural beauty, seen the most splendid and romantic Oia sunset, white-washed sky and crystal blue Aegean sea..

Back to reality after the trip, i welcomed the final year of my uni life. Final year can be very relaxing because instead of 6 subjects we used to take, now we only left 3 or 4 subjects for the remaining semesters. Final year can be very busy as well because we are occupied by the stressful final year project. So the latter part of my 2010 is basically about the study and the project. and also the constant travelling between Singapore and KL larr hehe cause the bf is back to Malaysia for good :D i am content :) although most of the times we are still apart but at least we are in the same time zone now :)

The last momento of 2010, the high-strung, destructive, and uncontrollable Xiaohei but always fill me with joys :)

2010 is awesome, i hope 2011 will be a kiss ass year too :) cause after all we all are gonna die in 2010 anyway ;P

My resolution of 2011: to be more appreciative of my loved ones before it's too late. As we age, we tend to take the people around us for granted. We forget to tell them how much they mean to us because we expect that they know :) Also!! hope for the best in the final semester in NTU. In any time soon there will be a new chapter in the book and the future is in our hand :)

When today is gone, be thankful for the moments, and we keep moving on. Thanks for making up my wonderful 2010 and have a happy new year everyone!!

yewhoooo 3 papers down ^___________________^ went back to kl couple weeks ago as for my study break. in order to improve my study efficiency I had had to go back there because there are too much temptations in my room.. bed is 2 meters away from study desk, the fastest internet connection of ntu network, tons of junk food stored in the cupboard.. :/

personally think that i've prepared well enough for exam this time hehe. the bf might object tho. :( according to what he said i couldn't have stayed focus for more than half an hour.. my defense is,  although it seemed to like i always goyang-goyang and play with xiaohei but i did study a lot okay!!especially when u off to classes and after you went to bed.. look in depth please  :p

i guess i've done pretty well for the first two papers -- Advanced International Finance and Money & Banking :) but the truth is, after 3 years in ntu i still suck in time management!!! i always being too relax at the beginning and spend too much time on the first question and then have to rush thru the remaining three :(  issh luckily at the end of the day i still managed to do pretty well tho hehe. as a quote from a friend, "You come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by seeing an imperfect person perfectly. I plan to study not by finding the perfect A, but by seeing a B+ as a perfection."  B+ is the target!!! /fingers cross 8)

6 more days to go before the last paper-Marketing.. it's a open-book exam think i need to swallow the entire text book up..fighting!!!

p.s. i miss xiaohei sooooo much :( at times i watched at those videos of her when i missing her but ended up missing her even more D':

the smartest dog :)

I have done some researches out of boredom last night. :P that is, the ranking of smartest dog breeds in the world. and I have found something interesting. A study has tested the intelligence standard of over 70 dog breeds base on their ingenuity, ability to solve problem and also their obedience level. they have classified all the dog breeds into 6 categories, 

1. Brightest dog - takes less than 5 repetitions to understand new command
2. Excellent working dog - takes 5 to 10 repetitions
3. Above average - 15 to 25 repetitions
4. Average - 25 to 40 repetitions
5. Fair - 40 to 80 repetitions 
6. Lowest degree - 80 to 100 repetitions or more

So guess who are on the top list?? Xiaohei the Rottie is #9 on the list, Marley the Labrador Retriever is #7, here's come the countdown from #5 to #1.

Yes, Poodle is @ number 2!! that is really beyond my expectation.. they are also claimed to be the easiest trained dog among all.. there is a video of a poodle who is able to do 16 commands... i was still wondering how did they train this super smart dog.. come on!! tell me how to teach a dog to obey to gun shoot and also to do crawling and massaging???!!!! now it is totally making sense to me..

And as for Border Collie.. if they are trained well enough, their IQ can reach the IQ level of a 8 years-old kid!!! tsk tsk i wish i can a Border Collie to guard and watch my babies someday :P

So we have seen the best.. you might interested in those at the bottom list as well.. :P Chiwawa, Shih tzu  and bull dog seem like appear to be at the lower ranking.. anyway i don't think this make them impossible to train or it doesn't mean that they are dumb.. So don't be sad if your dog is not on the top of the list.. We all love our dog the way they are and believe that they must be the smartest ever :)

The one with the lion

many years ago, back to the time when i was in primary school, i didnt know that raising a tiger or a lion is something that is prohibited and illegal lolx. just thought that they might be just slightly more costly then a doggie or somethin.. once i dreamed about keeping a tiger, as a pet, and only feeding it with watermelons haha so that it would become a vegetarian hahahaha. seems like there's a chance for my dream to come true now haha :D just wondering where to get that fluffy scarf thingy lolx

没有狗天生就知道捡球和捡飞盘的乐趣

不是你以为你把球丢给它它就会乖乖的跑去捡了然后还给主人

它们只会咬了就占为己有 :/

所以某天下午我决定要教小黑捡球的原理

每一次我把球丢出去，只要她捡起来我就把球从她口中抢走

然后立刻塞一个treat到她嘴里

反复练习之后她也渐渐明白球可以换点心

所以advance level的是她在门外我在门内

一定要她把球捡了丢进门内才能换到点心


最后慢慢练习到只要捡了球就会乖乖交到你手上

门口张这样（铁门得关着）

但是自那日之后听说门口不定时会出现被丢进来的吃剩芒果种子或骨头。

it's been a very productive week hehehe C:

finally get over my marketing presentations and discussionssssss,

finalized the questionnaire design for my final year project,

done my advance international finance written essay 

half way to finish another money and banking assignment,

only left a singing presentation on next week then i'm presentation&assignment free!! 

woohooo!!i've gotta admire my efficiency :p

had dinner with dancecow舞妞, tapok and juchuan last wednesday

we used to be the HAPPY-WEDNESDAY group(cuz we had dinner tgt every wednesday)

missing our good old days > <

and then when taopok was doing her exchange program in norway juchuan and i became 单飞比较红

okay tat's irrelevant

anyway we had dinner @ billy bombers bugis

it's a american restaurant

the food...hmm. no comments

but i'm pretty sure that i wont visit the restaurant again :$

the dinner was on dancecow and the dessert session after that was on juchuan

good seniors!! and thankiew so much for the free foods hehehe

and besides the free food i had a very good laugh that night :)) ♥

话说小黑开始被带回家饲养后

相隔两个星期我再见到她

当下的疑问是：“eh怎么她一点也没长大反而瘦了？”

这种狗长大的速度很快的呀

还记得我有一次走进间宠物店看到一只两个月大的rottweiler才1.5L的宝特瓶大小

旁边那只三个月大的rottweiler已经是它的三倍以上

结果主人说都照着vet给的instruction来喂她啊

给我一看那个量还真少到可怜 我想小黑吐一次舌头就可以把全部吃下去了

为了怕饿死她我仔细再对照了狗饼包装后面的instruction table

没错 一天应该要喂她400到500g

结果他们只喂它一半不到

所以如果小黑有点良知的话应该好好感谢我终结她两个星期underfeed的悲惨命运 :p
